Overview

Requisition-to-offer pipeline with stage tracking, interview scheduling, hiring-manager views and pipeline analytics.

The tracker is built on Dataverse so requisitions, candidates, interviews and offers are related records rather than rows in a sheet. Recruiters work in a model-driven app, hiring managers get a simplified view of their own openings, and stage changes trigger the notification and scheduling flows. Pipeline analytics in Power BI show aging, conversion and source by requisition, recruiter and organization.

Configuration starts with your stages, labor categories and clearance requirements, then we load open requisitions and current candidates so the team is not starting empty. Security roles keep candidate details limited to the recruiting team, hiring managers see only their own requisitions, and the whole solution lives in your tenant, including GCC and GCC High.

Outcomes

Every requisition has a status

Open roles carry an owner, a stage and a next action, visible to recruiters and hiring managers alike.

Bottlenecks surface early

Aging by stage shows where candidates are waiting, so delays are addressed before a strong candidate is lost.

Scheduling without the email chain

Interview requests, confirmations and feedback prompts are generated from the record and tracked against it.

Pipeline metrics on demand

Conversion, source and time-to-fill refresh automatically for leadership reporting, so nobody builds a manual status deck on Friday.
