Our story
M2S2 was founded by Julian Torres after years spent inside the workforce mission: full lifecycle recruiting, position and vacancy management, personnel action processing and the operational leadership that holds it together. The pattern was always the same — capable teams held back by spreadsheets, email approvals and systems that did not talk to each other.
The Microsoft Power Platform changed what a small, focused team could deliver. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse made it possible to replace those manual processes with governed, auditable systems in weeks instead of years, inside the Microsoft 365 tenant our clients already own.
Today we bring that combination — technology, recruiting and workforce operations — to agencies, defense organizations and commercial teams that need modernization to work on day one.
