Overview

Overview

A governed data model, environment strategy, DLP policies and ownership matrix for a sustainable Power Platform estate.

We inventory what already exists in your tenant, including environments, apps, flows, connectors and reports, then agree an environment strategy that separates development, test and production. DLP policies are defined to match the data boundary, a core data model is established for shared entities, and an ownership matrix names who is accountable for each environment, dataset and policy.

For GCC and GCC High tenants the starter accounts for the connectors and features available in those clouds and aligns the resulting controls to CMMC-aligned practices. The output is a written governance baseline your administrators can enforce with the Power Platform admin center, plus a backlog of clean-up actions ranked by risk. It is the foundation the other solutions build on.

Outcomes

A known estate

Every environment, app, flow and connector is inventoried with an owner, so nothing runs unnoticed.

A defined boundary

DLP policies and environment separation keep data where policy says it belongs, enforced by the platform.

Shared data, defined once

Core entities such as people, positions and organizations are modeled once and reused by every solution.

A path to clean up

Risk-ranked actions turn the assessment into a plan your team can execute over the following quarters.
