Managed services start with an onboarding assessment of your tenant, environments, identities and network so we know what we are protecting before we take the pager. From there the monthly rhythm is fixed: patching and monitoring, environment and license administration, backup verification, user support and a change log for every enhancement. You get a named point of contact and a report that shows what was done.

For GCC High and CMMC-aligned programs the administration itself is a compliance activity. We operate with least-privilege roles, conditional access and multifactor authentication, log administrative actions, and align configuration to the CMMC practices your assessment will examine. Security operations cover identity, endpoints and network, and evidence is kept organized so an assessor request does not become a scramble.
