Overview

Overview

Map the current process, remove the manual steps and automate routing, notifications and record-keeping across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and line-of-business systems.

We begin with the process as it really runs, including the workarounds, then remove the steps that exist only because the tools required them. Forms become structured inputs, approvals become conditional routing, and records are written back to SharePoint or Dataverse automatically. We start with one high-volume process, prove it with the people who use it and then extend the pattern rather than automating everything at once.

In regulated environments an automation is only as good as its governance. We configure DLP policies so flows cannot move data outside the approved boundary, use service accounts and managed connections rather than personal credentials, and keep an inventory of every flow with its owner and purpose. In GCC and GCC High we design against the connectors actually available in those clouds.

Outcomes

Approvals out of inboxes

Requests are routed by rule to the right approver with reminders and escalation, and status is visible without asking anyone.

Fewer manual hand-offs

Data entered once flows to the systems that need it, which removes re-keying and the errors that come with it.

A record for every action

Each request, decision and notification is written back to SharePoint or Dataverse, giving one auditable history per item.

Processes you can change

Routing rules and forms are configuration, not code, so process changes take hours instead of a development cycle.
