Help organizations modernize employee, position, vacancy, personnel action, and workforce reporting processes.
What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with HR, recruiting, operations, and program leadership.
- Map current and future workforce processes, decision points, roles, and controls.
- Translate operational requirements into user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.
- Support adoption, testing, training, and continuous improvement after launch.
What you will bring
- Four or more years in workforce operations, HR technology, personnel administration, or business consulting.
- Experience with employee lifecycle, position management, vacancy tracking, or personnel actions.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and communicate clear recommendations.
- Power Platform or Dataverse experience is strongly preferred.
